Because Junior Day is guaranteed to have 64 newly registered players or fewer there will not be any refunds offered. However, camp credit will be offered to other future events that are held throughout the summer, fall and winter. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather but a full camp credit will be issued for the rescheduled date and any other camps we offer.
In order to receive camp credit for a future event it must be requested no later than the day prior to the camp beginning.
Should your high school softball team be eligible for its respective state championship on the day of camp then you will receive refund of camp tuition, minus a 25% service fee or receive a full camp credit.

Attending coaches have scheduled their attendance at the camp. Rarely, a coach will need to change plans for reasons well beyond our control. In the rare instances when a coach changes plans it does not constitute grounds for a refund. The camp will still be run efficiently and effectively with the coach being replaced, if necessary.
