This itinerary is to be used for informational purposes only.  A more detailed camp itinerary will be email to participants the week of camp but it will closely resemble what you see below.

• For softball player and guests
• Discussion led by a current college coach with intimate knowledge of the college rules, recruiting process and the daily operations of college athletics.
• Questions from players and parents are encouraged.  Feel free to video tape.
• Teams will be assigned by the camp staff.  Requests can be made by the player registering but are not guaranteed.  Up to 4 teams of 16 players each will be organized.

7:30 am - Check-in Begins
8:00 am - Stretch & Dynamic Warm-up
8:30 am - Throwing Program
9:00 am - 60 Yard Dash & Arm speed evaluations
10:00 am - Position Specific Instruction (Defensive)
11:00 am - Offensive Instruction
12:00 pm - Lunch & Recruiting Education Seminar
                  Players Dismissed / Parents Stay for Q & A
1:30 pm - Junior Day Games
5:00 pm - Final Comments and Camp Dismissal

- ALL INSTRUCTION AND GAMES IS PROVIDED AND RUN BY THE COLLEGE COACHES
- INDOOR FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER^
 

* Please note that the camp format can be changed for any reason including weather, field conditions, safety or any other reasons the college coaches feel are necessary to run a safe and efficient camp.

^If indoor facilities are not available then a rain date will be posted on the individual camp's website.
